TimeSavers Hours

TimeSavers – Quality Personal Concierge functions on the basis of the hours we work for handling the requested service with a minimum charge of half an hour. The hours can be bought in the “My TimeSavers” area once you have signed up as a TimeSavers member.

Each time you request a service, we will send you a quote which details the expected number of hours required for the handling of the service. It goes without saying that our quotes are absolutely free of charge. If the requested service entails the contribution of one of our external collaborators the quote will clearly differentiate between the cost of the collaborator and the TimeSavers Hours needed for handling it.

You will be asked to approve the quote by mail or via “My TimeSavers” and pay 50% up front. Once the service is completed, TimeSavers – Quality Personal Concierge will send you an invoice stating the TimeSavers Hours and the service cost in fact used. All payments can be made directly through “My TimeSavers” or by bank transfer.

We would like to highlight that we offer restaurant suggestions and reservations as well as bar recommendations as a gratuity to our members. Additionally, we have negotiated with almost all of our external collaborators an added value for our members, be it a discount, a special offer or an exclusive benefit.

All prices are including VAT.

TimeSavers Hours are valid for one calendar year starting from the purchase date.

TimeSavers Monthly

TimeSavers – Quality Personal Concierge offers a monthly subscription option. You can chose between two existing packages or we can design a package specifically tailored to your needs. The TimeSavers Monthly subscription includes as benefits free restaurant reservations and free handling of your personal agenda without, of course, having to renounce any of the advantages available to other TimeSavers members.

Monthly subscriptions are valid for 30 days starting from the purchase date. TimeSavers Hours not used during this period are not credited to subsequent subscriptions.

Examples
In order to give you an idea of the how many TimeSavers Hours the handling of a particular service may cost, we provide you with the following examples:

• Restaurant reservations are a gratuity we offer our members. We will give you up to 3 suggestions according to your preferences. We have negotiated an added value for our members with all the establishments we collaborate with. Let yourself be surprised!
• Taking care of your car’s ITV renewal usually takes 2 to 3 hours signifying an approximate cost of 2 to 3 TimeSavers Hours. Before initiating the process, we will provide you with a quote via mail and/or your member account in "My TimeSavers" with an estimate of the TimeSavers Hours required to handle the service. You will have to approve the quote either by mail or your member account. If the amount is higher than 100 €, 50% will have to be payed up front through our online payment gateway in "My TimeSavers" or by bank transfer. Once the ITV renewal is completed, we check the hours in fact used and send you a corresponding invoice, minus the initial payment, which can be paid directly through one of the aforementioned methods.
• Organizing your birthday celebration can be quite a stressful task. In TimeSavers - Quality Personal Concierge we know the best, most extraordinary places in the city. We work together with a large portfolio of catering services that can accommodate any tastes. And we are experts at making your party an unforgettable event. We will start with a reunion without any obligations in order to evaluate your desires. Next we will elaborate a quote including the TimeSavers Hours needed to handle the celebration. Once you have approved the quote through one of the two mentioned ways, all you will have left to do is enjoy your party knowing that a team of experts is taking care of every detail.
