Why TimeSavers ?

It is an affordable service that will permit you to delegate necessary tasks, which you don't have the time or possibility to take care of yourself. As a result, you will be able to reduce your stress level and increase your free time. TimeSavers – Quality Personal Concierge is committed to carrying out your orders according to your wishes and instructions as long as we don't have any suggestions for a better solution. We hope that in time we will win your trust and will become an integral part of your life management system.

¿Cómo funciona TimeSavers?

TimeSavers – Quality Personal Concierge functions based on the hours required to handle the requested service with a minimum charge of half an hour per service. These hours can be purchased in the section “My TimeSavers” once you have signed up as a TimeSavers members. For more information on TimeSavers Hours please click here.

How do I become a member/cancel my membership?

You become a member by paying a one-time inscription fee of 50€ during the inscription process. This fee is subsequently credited to your purchase of TimeSavers Hours.
You can cancel your membership at any time by sending us an email, calling us or by a simple click in 'My TimeSavers'. Already bought and unused TimeSavers Hours will be reimbursed up to 30 days after their purchase date.

Is there something TimeSavers cannot organize?

TimeSavers – Quality Personal Concierge will endeavor to the utmost to satisfy any wish of its members as long as it's legal and moral. Our team has a broad and diversified background and we are 100% dedicated to finding a solution to any order placed. In case, for example, we receive a last minute order for a reservation in one of the hippest restaurants on Friday night, we will, through our extensive network of contacts, do everything possible to get you that table. Should we despite all not be able to obtain your reservation, we will present you with a solution that will please you at least as much.

Does TimeSavers apply any surcharge to the prices of its suppliers?

The answer is a definite NO! Our members will at the very least benefit from the official tariffs of our suppliers. Moreover, we are committed to establishing agreements to provide our members with rebates and promotional offers on our services. We will also always take into account a member's profile and history in suggesting a solution that is adequate to his/her possibilities.

Is it possible to place last minute orders?

It goes without saying that the more time we have to prepare a solution to an order, the better our proposal will be. Nevertheless, we will attempt to satisfy any wish no matter the advance notice. And in case of not being able to execute your order 100% according to your desires, trust us to make an equivalent or even better suggestion!

What steps are to be followed in order to place an order?

The process is easy and fast. Send us your query or order via e-mail at info@timesavers.es or simply call us at +34 93 304 00 32, we will provide you with a solution customized to your needs as quickly as possible. Once you validate the solution/quote via mail/phone and we receive payment, we will proceed to carry out your order.

Where will TimeSavers operate?

TimeSavers – Quality Personal Concierge will offer its services in Barcelona Capital.

Can I contact TimeSavers at any time?

Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 8 pm. Of course, a 24/24 service is possible. Orders carried out outside of our business hours will receive a 20% mark-up.

Is TimeSavers the provider of all offered services?

We offer all our services with a commitment to excellence and without mistakes. Some services will be rendered directly by TimeSavers – Quality Personal Concierge and some will be outsourced to third parties. All outsourced services will be carried out by our qualified and tested business partners.

What guarantees do I have, if the service is outsourced to a third party?

As far as guarantees, TimeSavers – Quality Personal Concierge operates with a Civil Responsibility Insurance ('seguro de responsabilidad civil'), which protects any transaction, and will demand the same of its business partners.

Once bought how much time do I have to use TimeSavers Hours?

From the purchase date any TimeSavers Hour is valid for 1 calendar year.

What is TimeSavers data protection policy?

TimeSavers – Quality Personal Concierge complies with Spanish law in regards to data protection. You may access, rectify, oppose or cancel your personal data at any time by sending us a mail to info@timesavers.es or calling us at +34 93 304 00 32.
